SC&H Group, a leading management consulting, audit, and tax firm, announced that it is expanding its proficiency in affordable housing real estate, commercial real estate, and the construction services market with the addition of 15 tax and audit consultants and CPAs, including three senior leaders, who have deep industry specialization.

This group is nationally recognized for its expertise in the real estate and construction space and joined SC&H Group’s established tax and audit practice groups, respectively, effective October 23.

Jeffrey M. Kleeman, one of the partners joining SC&H, brings 42 years of HUD audit experience and specializes in low-income housing tax credits, tax exempt bond financing, contractor’s and mortgagor’s cost certifications, HUD program compliance and commercial real estate accounting. Kleeman said he was impressed with SC&H Group’s commitment to encouraging an “entrepreneurial spirit” within the framework of a trusted, well-respected firm. He was also deeply impressed with SC&H Group’s commitment to client success.

Andrea Hartman will lead the audit side of the affordable housing industry group. She brings to SC&H Group more than fifteen years of experience in providing assurance, consulting and accounting services to for-profit and nonprofit real estate owners and developers.

For more than 25 years, Deborah Norris has specialized in real estate development consulting. She brings both affordable housing and market-rate development expertise to the firm. Norris directs and oversees all the assurance and other deliverables required for projects financed using low-income housing tax credits, from investor projections to cost certifications to submission of the IRS form 8609.
