Hill Management Services, Inc., a full-service real estate development, investment and management company headquartered in Timonium, Maryland, has selected Bill Hepner as Controller. He spent the past 14 years functioning as Director-Residential Accounting for The Bozzuto Group.

In his new role, Mr. Hepner will manage all accounting and reporting responsibilities for the company that owns and manages more than four million square feet of commercial office, industrial and retail space as well as several hospitality and self-storage assets primarily in the Maryland region. He will also oversee the accounts payable and receivable departments, act as the primary liaison with financial institutions and play a key role in day-to-day accounting and financial decisions impacting the company.

Mr. Hepner brings more than 34 years of business, real estate and financial experience to this new position. In addition to The Bozzuto Group, he has held management-level positions with BAA Pittsburgh and The Brawner Company. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland.
