Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has brokered the sale of 748 Novak Drive, a 186,673-square-foot warehouse in Martinsburg, West Virginia. TRS Executive Vice Presidents Caulley Deringer, Steve Cloud and Gerry Trainor, Senior Vice President Bev Sheffler and Assistant Vice President Andrew Hassett represented the seller.

“The ability to own a well-maintained, state-of-the-art asset within close proximity to major arterials was a considerable deciding factor for the buyer,” said Sheffler. “The low cost of real estate and pro-business environment re-enforced their purchasing decision.”

The warehouse is situated on roughly 27 acres and located two miles from Interstate 81. The property was built in 1998 and is equipped with eight exterior docks. Major private employers in the surrounding area include Macy’s, Essroc, Procter & Gamble Company, General Motor, FedEx and Rubbermaid.

TRS Senior Vice President Tom Burns represented the buyer, who purchased the building for an undisclosed amount.
