To acknowledge Martin Luther King Day, the VOA Resource Center will provide an opportunity to share mindfulness and community service at Volunteer and Flow. This special day offers an opportunity to rejuvenate the mind and body with a one-hour yoga session, and volunteer time in support ofVolunteers of America in their work to care for America's most vulnerable.

VOACC staff member and certified yoga /meditation instructor, Michelle Banks, will guidethe free, all-levelsession of mindfulness, compassion and yoga. Following yoga, participants are invited to take part in this community service opportunity by helping to organize and sort merchandise at the VOA Resource Center. The Resource Center features new merchandise from major retailers which is made available to local nonprofits and service providers.
