Greysteel Director, Benjamin W. Wilson and Investment Associate, David Choi from the firm’s Washington, D.C. office solely procured the Buyer on the transaction and Brendan Scanlon, also from the D.C. office arranged the acquisition financing on behalf of the Borrower. The Property sold for $8.6M.
