KLNB Names Don Schline SVP

NAI KLNB, the leading mid-Atlantic multi-service commercial real estate firm, announced that Don Schline has been named Senior Vice President with KLNB’s Investment Sales Group. In this role, he is responsible forgrowing the firm’s office and industrial middle markets investment sale platform and enhancing the firm’s institutional investment sale presence within the Baltimore / Washington Corridor.

Don brings nearly 20 years of commercial real estate investment sales experience and has completed transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1 billion. He has represented institutions, REIT’s, advisors and high net worth individuals in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant, multi-tenant, sale lease-back and owner-occupied commercial real estate.

Prior to joining KLNB, Don was a Principal leading Mackenzie Commercial Real Estate Services’ Investment Salesteam. Don holds a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA in Finance from the Loyola University Sellinger School of Business. He is also an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
