New apartment community is Fore’s third new multifamily development to open in Portland’s metro area in 2019

Fore Property, one of the country’s top 20 largest multifamily developers, today announced the opening of Hearth Apartments. Located at 16516 SE Mill Plain Boulevard in Vancouver, Washington, Hearth represents Fore’s third multifamily property to open in the Portland metro area in 2019, and the seventh apartment community that the company has successfully developed and constructed in the region overall.

The 179-unit community includes spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, along with two-bedroom townhomes, each boasting open layouts centered around large, farmhouse-inspired kitchens featuring rustic decor, porcelain tile backsplashes, and contemporary cabinetry. As long-time leaders in the development, construction, and management of high-end, regionally tailored multifamily communities, Fore furnished each unit with top-of-the-line features, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and PTAC air conditioning and heating.
