Artwork Wanted for The Arc NCR’s Annual Sprout Film & Art Festival

The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region (The Arc NCR) is seeking artwork submissions for its sixth annual Sprout Film & Art Festival taking place Wednesday, November 13 from 5-8 p.m. at Water’s Edge Events Center (4687 Millennium Drive) in Belcamp. The festival will showcase the many artistic talents of individuals with and without differing abilities as well as films from the renowned NYC company, Sprout.

Artists of all skill levels are invited to submit one piece, either two or three-dimensional, to The Arc NCR at 4513 Philadelphia Road in Aberdeen, Monday – Friday between 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Artwork can be any medium, but must be display-ready. All pieces are due by October 25.

Tickets to attend the festival are on sale now for $12 per person at www.arcncr.org; participating artists are eligible for the discounted rate of $8. Tickets include light refreshments, and a cash bar is available. All proceeds benefit The Arc NCR and its mission to empower those with differing abilities live, work and thrive in the community.

Founded in 1979, Sprout is a private, nonprofit organization based in New York City that provides travel and recreational opportunities to adults with developmental disabilities.
