Land Services USA, Inc. Grows in Maryland Office

Land Services USA, Inc. (LSU), a leading provider of commercial title insurance, escrow and settlement services throughout the nation, has expanded its capabilities with the addition of Rebecca Cohn who will serve as a Commercial Title Coordinator in the firm’s Maryland office.

Prior to joining Land Services, Becky served as Commercial Executive Processor at Commercial Settlement Services in Owings Mills for more than six years and will now be joining Shawn Goldfaden, Esq. and Christina Frankenberg in the Baltimore-metro office to service all of Maryland, DC and Virginia.

Cohn’s tenure at Gebhardt & Smtih LLP acquainted her with sophisticated SBA loans and multi-tiered lender’s representation. Cohn brings with her more than nine years of in depth knowledge and experience in all facets of commercial real estate transactions. She is acutely adept at examining and processing complex title and real estate finance matters. Working closely with numerous elite law firms and lenders, Cohn will be responsible for processing and coordinating large commercial transactions throughout the region.
