J Street Companies Celebrates Groundbreaking of The Pacifica Condominiums at Dupont Circle, Washington, DC

The J Street Companies today celebrated the groundbreaking of The Pacifica — a new, nine-unit, luxury condominium community on a quiet, one-way street two blocks from Dupont Circle. Construction is expected to be completed in late 2019. A construction loan has been provided by John Marshall Bank.
