Knott Realty Group Executes 13,617 Square Foot Lease At Rolling Run Technology Park To Elevate Leasing To 68%

Information technology company chooses Class “A” building based on immediate proximity to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services


Timonium, MD (March 24, 2017) – Knott Realty Group has executed a 13,617 square foot lease with Apprio, Inc. at Rolling Run Technology Park to elevate the single-story, 58,000 square foot Class “A” speculative office building to 68% occupancy. Last month, the company announced a 25,792 square foot lease with a government contracting company, which represented the inaugural tenant at the building situated on 2270 Rolling Run Drive. Just under 19,000 square feet of space remains available for lease, for the project that was completed earlier this year.

Taylor Fields and Jannine Hayes of Knott Realty Group represented the landlord and Jonathan Hall of CBRE represented the tenant in this transaction. This requirement represents a new location for Apprio, and the company expects to take occupancy this fall.

Headquartered in Washington, D.C. and with locations in six states, Apprio is a provider of specialized technology solutions, particularly geared to the health, defense and homeland security markets. Earlier this month, the company announced its award with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), which is located adjacent to Rolling Run Technology Park. Apprio provides information technology and program services in healthcare, emergency response management and financial management.
