Stratford University is pleased to announce that Beth S. Schick, J.D., has joined the university as Director of Human Resources. Schick brings more than 20 years of experience in law and human resources to Stratford, where she provides consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, and budget.

Schick most recently served as a Human Resources Business and Legal Consultant at Incounsel, Inc. in Winter Park, Fl. She has also held positions at Dermatology Billing Associates, Inc., Shuffield, Lowman & Wilson, P.A., and Branch Banking and Trust Services in Florida. Schick earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Law in Taxation from University of Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Tulane University. She is currently a member of the Florida Bar Association.
