Vector Signs at Beaumeade in Ashburn
Vector Technology, Inc., a global computing and networking company, has signed a new lease for 3,623 square feet at the Beaumeade Corporate Park in Ashburn, VA.
Ryan Miller with CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in this transaction. The building owner, Merritt Properties, was represented by the leasing team of Keith Wallace and Steve Shaw, both with Merritt Properties, LLC.
