NAR Taps Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers for HQ

Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers has been selected by the National Association of Realtors to provide property management services for its Washington, DC headquarters located at 500 New Jersey Avenue, NW.

William A. Grillo, CPM, RPA and Benjamin A. Comm, CPM of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers will oversee property management for the building.

The 98,000 square foot, 12-story office building is the home of the National Association of Realtors' Washington-based staff. State-of-the-art offices,
meeting and event space, and a garden roof deck with views to the Capitol dome support their high-profile functions. The building's design, environmental
sensitivity, and IT set it apart from many of the other association and government facilities in the city.

Mr. Grillo, Managing Director of Property Management, commented, "We are delighted that the National Association of Realtors has renewed its commitment to our property management services for another five years." Mr. Grillo added, "We've been involved with this building from the beginning and are proud that we led the effort to achieve the first LEED-NC project in Washington, DC. In addition, we oversaw the construction management for the National Association of Realtors' interior space, spearheaded the lease-up phase, and brokered the financing for the building. We look forward to continuing our relationship with this very important client and property."
