Former Bon Secours CEO Elected to Head Agility's Board

RICHMOND, VA--(Marketwire - August 09, 2007) - The board of directors of Agility Healthcare Solutions, Inc. elected Christopher M. Carney as chairman, effective May 18, 2007.
Mr. Carney retired from Bon Secours Health System Inc. (BSHSI) in 2005 after serving for more than eight years as president and chief executive officer. He held a variety of leadership positions with the not-for-profit Catholic health system for more than 24 years prior.
Mr. Carney grew BSHSI's total net revenues from $761.3 million to $2.5 billion during his tenure. BSHSI expanded from six to nine states, from eight local communities to 15 and from 13 facilities to more than 41 in that time. His accomplishments include the establishment of the Bon Secours Mission Fund that distributes $7.7 million to more than 44 community health initiatives and programs.
