Merrill Turnbull and Adam Biberaj of Lincoln Property Company represented the seller, 1539 7th Street LLC, in the sale of the property to Fundrise 1539 7th Street LLC. 

The asset is located across from the O Street Market Redevelopment and just south of the Shaw Metro station.
