TIAA-CREF has hired Cassidy Turley to market the Air Rights Center in Bethesda for sale, according to realestatefinanceintelligence.com, which reports the asset has a price tag of $257 million, or $375 per square foot.

The Air Rights Center, Bethesda's biggest office complex, consists of the 110,800 square foot East Tower, the 218,512 square foot West Tower and the 380,220 square foot North Tower which were completed in 1964, 1976 and 1980, respectively. The three office towers are connected on the first level by a 55,000 square foot retail promenade.

The complex is seven miles northwest of Washington DC's Central Business District and two miles south of I-495,
