Sun Lake Holdings LLC has closed a $10.34 million commercial real estate fund, raising the amount from 83 investors, according to an SEC filing.

Principals named in the filing by the Norfolk-based company are:

• Sun Lake Holdings Managing Co. LLC, the issuer’s manager;
• Jordan Slone, manager of Sun Lake Holdings Managing Co. LLC;
• T. Richard Litton Jr., Vice President of Sun Lake Holdings Managing Co., LLC;
• Norman Slone, manager of Sun Lake Holdings Managing Co., LLC;
• Herbert Bangel, manager of Sun Lake Holdings Managing Co., LLC;
• David Zwiebel, of New York, manager of Sun Lake Holdings Managing Co., LLC;
• Pinchas Mendlovic, of New York, manager of Sun Lake Holdings Managing Co., LLC

Litton is vice president of Sun Lake Holdings Managing Co. while the others were listed as managers.

Three of the executives hold senior positions at Norfolk-based Harbor Group International, with offices in New York.

Jordan Slone is the chairman, Zwiebel is the vice chairman, and Litton is president of the firm, which has a real estate portfolio of more than $3.50 billion.
