The Premier Companies has acquired the Science Park Professional Center, a 45,059-square foot medical office building located at 6201 Greenbelt Road in College Park, MD.

Jim Kornick, Matthew Clinebell, and Chip Ryan, Principals at Avison Young, represented the seller, National Life Insurance Co., in the transaction.

The property was approximately 70% leased to over 20 long-term tenants and is anchored by Children’s National Medical Center.
