Willco Companies has signed Pfizer to a 10-year, 13,000 square foot lease at 1275 Pennsylvania Ave, according to bisnow, which reports the company will move into the space by April 1 and utilize it as a government affairs outpost.

Bisnow also reports that Willco Cos. has three additional LOIs on new leases at the building, which will undergo renovations including a new rooftop deck and fitness center.

CBRE's Peter Carroccio and Jena Belinkie represented Pfizer in the lease transaction. Willco was represented by CBRE's Randy Harrell with colleagues Kevin Howard and Joe Coleman.
