Prologis has signed PDX Logistics, LLC to a 26,356-square-foot, Class A industrial warehouse lease at the Dulles Distribution Center, located at 45065 Old Ox Road, Dulles, Va.

Transwestern’s Steve Cloud represented the tenant, PDX Logistics, LLC, in the transaction.

Dulles Distribution Center is a 68,350 square foot building developed in September 2001. The building sits on 32.7 acres and has a total of 31 loading docks and two drive-ins.
