Novak Biddle-backed WealthEngine Raises $1.2 Million
WealthEngine Inc. has raised $1.2 million via sale of mixed securities to a solitary investor, according to an SEC filing.
The Bethesda-based company has previously raised $7.5 million from investors including QED Investors, Novak Biddle Venture Partners and Dallas-based Comerica Bank.
WealthEngine provides prospect research and wealth identification services for nonprofit groups, luxury market investors and others. It has been led since 2003 by CEO Francis Glowacki.
Glowacki has been associated with the company for the past 10 years. As an angel investor and business strategist, he shepherded it through a transition phase from what was Prospects of Wealth & Resources Inc.
