DSW Inc. (NYSE: DSW), the footwear and accessories retailer, has opened its newest store in the Friendship Heights neighborhood of Washington, D.C. at 5333 Wisconsin Avenue NW. 

At over 23,000 square feet, the Friendship Heights store contains two floors of shopping space, housing over 28,000 pairs of men's and women's shoes as well as accessories.

The new location in Friendship Heights marks the 16th store for DSW in the D.C. metro area, and the second to open within D.C. proper just in the past few weeks. DSW opened its first store inside D.C. proper on October 11th at 3100 14th Street NW in Columbia Heights.
