The Murillo/Malnati Group announced it has received final unanimous approval from the Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB) to build a 9-unit building on California Street in the Sheridan-Kalorama neighborhood.

The project has been named The Calistoga in recognition of the town of Calistoga Springs in Napa Valley, California.

The project will feature 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units including parking and storage units for each condominium.  Most units will include balconies and/or roof decks and range in size from 900 SF to 1,850 SF.

The project will begin in the 1st quarter of 2013 and is expected to deliver early 2014.
