KBS Realty Advisors has sold 1945 Old Gallows Road in Tysons Corner, VA.

1945 Old Gallows Road, a 99 percent leased office building, is located at the intersection of the Capital Beltway/I-495 and Route 7 in Tysons Corner. The 163,451 square foot property recently underwent a full renovation, which included improvements to the HVAC system, lobby and elevators. 

The building is within two miles of Interstate 66 and the Dulles Toll Road and less than one-half mile from Tysons Corner Center, one of the region’s largest shopping malls. The building is currently leased to a variety of tenants in the fields of information technology, computer software, legal and professional firms.
