The company considered additional options, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer's Bob Copty and Kent Roberts, CCIM, who handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant, but ultimately decided to stay put. Copty and Roberts are based in Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer's Roanoke, VA office.

Built on 27.7 acres in 1991, 1751 Blue Hills Drive is a modern high bay distribution warehouse that was expanded in 2003 with a 40-foot ceiling, according to LoopNet, which is the source of the photo found on this page.
