The Delaney Plaza Shopping Center at 4800 Dale Boulevard in Woodbridge, VA has sold for $2.675 million.

McShea & Company, Inc. Vice President and Director of Investment Sales Joe Friedman arranged the sale of the neighborhood shopping center on behalf of the seller, Delaney Plaza, LLC. The property was acquired by McLean Village, LLC.

Delaney Plaza is a 10,000 square-foot, 100 percent leased convenience center.
