Virgil Nelson, CCIM and Sharon E. Schmidt of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer have brokered four lease renewals in Virginia.

Installed Building Products II LLC has renewed its lease of 6,000 square feet of office/warehouse space in the Longwood Business Center at 230 Industrial Drive in Spotsylvania County, VA. Nelson handled the lease negotiations. 

Nelson also brokered a lease renewal for Lumenium Inc. Lumenium Inc. renewed its lease for 2,000 square feet of office/warehouse space in the Airport Center at 3509 Shannon Park Drive in Spotsylvania County, VA, and Liberty Pawn and Gold, LLC maintained 1,200 square feet of retail space in Kilarney Center at 5026 Plank Road, also in Spotsylvania County, VA. 

Schmidt brokered the lease renewal for Colony Pest Control, which renewed its lease for 2,000 square feet of industrial space in Quarles Warehouse at 101 Juliad Court in Stafford County, VA.
