Geoffrey Mackler and Brad Buslik with H&R Retail represented the landlord, RI Station LLC, in the transaction.

Rhode Island Station consists of 274 apartment units built over 70,000 square feet of retail space, one precast parking garage and two cast-in-place concrete parking structures. It is directly adjacent to the Rhode Island Avenue Metro Station.
