Build-Out Complete at Farmers Fishers Bakers at Washington Harbour
Artisan Partners Construction Services has completed the build out at the new Farmers Fishers Bakers restaurant at The Washington Harbour in Georgetown.
Artisan oversaw the $2.5-million-project, which included the top-to-bottom build-out of the 10,000-square-foot space, with seating for more than 250 guests, a large bar area, an extensive back of house kitchen and prep area with state of the art equipment, a front of house bakery and open view dessert studio, a sushi bar, an indoor/outdoor satellite bar, and an extensive patio complete with a heating system and fire pit for year-round enjoyment.
Winmar Construction Inc. was the General Contractor on the project.
The project is the third area restaurant from The Farm, a restaurant management and operations company, and the second restaurant owned by the North Dakota Farmers Union in the District of Columbia. The restaurant opened in the newly renovated development located at the Georgetown Waterfront on the Potomac River.
“The opening of this project has been one of the most anticipated events in the DC restaurant scene in a long time," said Geoff Azaroff, Artisan Partners Principal. "The unique and multi-faceted architecture and design were a great challenge for the project teams."
