The new office also provides the firm with prominent signage on the building exterior; a first-floor Arent Fox reception area; a modern multi-purpose room for large events and meetings; and a 4,000 square foot fitness center.
The building at 1717 K Street, NW, was designed to achieve Platinum certification from the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) ratings system.
