Transwestern has been retained by American Realty Advisors to provide leasing services for Hampden Square, an eight-story, 142,000-square-foot, Class A office building located at 4800 Montgomery Lane.

Phillip McCarthy, executive vice president at Transwestern, along with Transwestern’s Keith Foery, executive vice president, and Guy Copperthite, senior vice president, will be the leasing agents for the building.

Hampden Square is located in downtown Bethesda near restaurants, shopping and one block from the Bethesda Metro Station. Hampden Square has 35,000 square feet of office space available for lease.
