After significant building renovations, 3110 Fairview Park is well-poised for a comeback

JLL today announced its Northern Virginia Agency Leasing team has been retained by James Campbell Company LLC to manage the leasing efforts of 3110 Fairview Park Drive in Falls Church, Virginia. The 250,000 square foot Class A trophy office building recently completed $3 million in renovations.

The property is also home to an in-building Java Works café and has a business partnership with Uber for direct access to Metro and the Mosaic District.
