Werner joined WLS in 2014, as an Assistant Vice President and has extensive knowledge and expertise in evaluating real estate options, analyzing financials, leasing new office space and restructuring existing leases and disposition of liabilities. He provides the highest level of tenant representation services to his clients in the non-profit, government contractor and professional service sectors in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Werner received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Union College in Schenectady, New York.

Whisenhunt began his career in commercial real estate as an analyst at WLS in 2013, where he provided financial analysis and transaction management support to brokers and clients. In 2015, he was the recipient of the WLS’s firm-wide Rising Star award. As an Assistant Vice President, Josh provides real estate solutions for companies and organizations across many industries in the Washington, D.C. region, including not-for-profits, trade associations, technology companies, law firms and government contractors. Josh received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
