Divaris Real Estate’s Richmond Office Completes Six Transactions Totaling 66,829 Square Feet

Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of six transactions totaling 66,829 square feet of commercial property in Richmond, Virginia.

Sales Transactions

Anthony L. Rolando purchased 53,535 square feet of retail space at 9460-9468 West Broad Street in Richmond from EF SBC 2013 1L REO, LLC for $1,725,000. Peter Vick and Harrison Hall from the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate brokered the sale on behalf of the seller. This was an investment sale of a retail property in a prominent West End location with excellent visibility on West Broad Street at a signalized intersection. Tenants in the property include: Honey Nail & Spa, Leisure Fitness and Takara.

Semmes Group, LLC purchased 4.76 acres located at 1004 Holly Springs Avenue in Richmond from Harris Equities, LLC for $450,000. Bay Diesel Corporation and Bass Crane Service are purchasing the property for their new headquarters. Read F. Goode, Jr. and Cheryle K. Toy brokered the sale on behalf of the buyer.

Lease Transactions

Brame Academy leased 7,500 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Airport Drive Shopping Center located at 51 South Airport Drive in Richmond. DRE’s John Madures represented both the landlord and the tenant in the lease negotiations. The preschool joins Wells Fargo Bank, Subway and Cash Advance in Airport Drive Shopping Center.

Tops China leased 2,280 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed 360 West Shopping Center located at 7210 Hull Street Road in Richmond. DRE’s Sara Goodall handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord. Tops China joins Rite Aid, Dollar General, Auto Zone, and Cricket Wireless in 360 West.

TessT LLC leased 1,789 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fountain Park located at 9321-9327 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond. Eric Hammond and John Madures represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Atlantic Coast Staffing leased 1,725 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Plant Zero located at 220 Hull Street in Richmond. Eric Hammond and Dean Foster represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
