At its Annual Meeting on Jan. 18 at the Mayflower Hotel, the Apartment and Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington kicked off its 44th year by installing the organization’s 2018 Board of Directors. These local real estate industry executives will guide the Association’s policies and programs for the year.
Arianna Royster, Executive Vice President, Borger Management, Inc., who served as President for 2017, agreed to serve as President for 2018. An accomplished multifamily property management executive and Virginia native, Royster has worked with Borger Management since 1990. Jackie Duke, Vice President - Operations, Brookfield, was named President-Elect.
