The property sold today for $14 million. Located at 9140 Rothbury Drive, the recently renovated Goshen Plazais 93% leased to 18 national and regional tenants including CVS Pharmacy, McDonald’s, Metro PCS, Pizza Hut, Mathnasium, Subwayand Pet Value. Neuman Commercial Group, led by Principal, Gil Neuman, negotiated the year-end sale on behalf of the buyer, Hotels USA of Hunt Valley LLC, from sellerElion II Goshen, LLC.

The property is located off the Washington National Pike (I-270), 14 miles from the Capital Beltway (I-495) in the heart of Montgomery County’s North I-270 Technology Corridor, or “DNA Alley” (Time Magazine), home to the world’s largest collection of genomic and tech / biotech firms.
