Mid-Atlantic Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce Kaylie Gioioso Stern has joined their team as In-House Counsel. Kaylie is an attorney with experience in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including real estate financing, commercial leasing and purchase and sale agreements. Kaylie graduated summa cum laude from Loyola University Maryland with a degree in Economics. She attended law school at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif. Following law school, Kaylie worked at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in Washington, D.C., in the real estate practice group. She recently returned to Baltimore to be a part of the Mid-Atlantic Properties team.
