Pop Up Location will be Open Through December

H&R Retail, a Washington, DC/ Baltimore based retail real estate brokerage firm, brokered a lease transaction at Cathedral Commons for a “pop up” location for Proper Topper, a popular area ladies accessories and apparel shop. The pop up store will be open through December.

Sebastian Restifo with H&R Retail represented Cathedral Commons in the transaction. “We are excited to bring the Proper Topper pop up into the current retail mix at Cathedral Commons and think it will be a fantastic addition to the project through the holidays,” Mr. Restifo said.

Cathedral Commons occupies four acres on Wisconsin Ave., NW between Macomb St. NW and Idaho Ave. NW in Northwest Washington. It borders the neighborhoods of Cathedral Heights and Cleveland Park, and consists of a new, 56,000-square-foot state-of-the-art Giant Food, 68,285 square feet of street front retail, 138 apartments and eight townhomes.
