Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following lease for retail space in the former Kmart store in Crossroads Shopping Center in Roanoke, Virginia.
BJ’s Wholesale Club leased 102,600 square feet of retail space located at 1419 Hershberger Road in Roanoke, Virginia. The Kmart building will be demolished and a new building will be built with plans to open by the end of 2018.
Crossroads Shopping Center consists of 154,316 square feet of retail space and is home to Aldi Food Market, Subway, National Optical and other retailers. There is 22,245 square feet of vacant space next to Aldi that is left to lease.
DRE’s Sam McCoy, Brett McNamee and Ali Newton represented the landlord in the lease negotiation.
