LeClairRyan, whose largest office is in Richmond, and Richmond-based Kaplan Voekler Cunningham & Frank announced an alliance Wednesday to ramp up client service at both firms.
The alliance gives clients of Kaplan Voekler access to LeClairRyan’s national network of about 320 attorneys in 80 practice areas who work in 27 offices, said Robert R. Kaplan Jr., managing partner at Kaplan Voekler.
“As a boutique, we enjoy a unique reputation across the nation in commercial real estate, securities, alternatives and lower mid-market mergers and acquisitions, as well as having complex practices in other areas regionally,” Kaplan said. “But issues of size and specific areas beyond our practices do arise where an alliance partner like LeClairRyan will be valuable.”
