The RMR portfolio is one of Cushman & Wakefield’s largest single-owner contracts signed this year.

“We are very excited about this opportunity to strengthen our existing relationship with The RMR Group,” said Peter Carroccio, Managing Principal. “Prime locations make these RMR-managed properties very desirable.”

Cushman & Wakefield will manage the leasing of Three Flint Hill and the two buildings at Prosperity Metro Plaza in Virginia; the seven buildings of Ammendale Commerce Center and four buildings of Metro Park North in Maryland; and 625 Indiana Avenue and 11 Dupont Circle in Washington, DC.
