Klein Enterprises Announces Two New Tenants at 40 West Shopping Center

Klein Enterprises, a Baltimore-based commercial and residential real estate development and management firm, is pleased to announce the addition of two new tenants to the 40 West Shopping Center in Catonsville, MD – boutique eatery The Crepe Escape and cosmetics and personal care shop 40 West Beauty Supply.

40 West Beauty Supply opened in 3,000-square-feet; and The Crepe Escape opened its third location in 1,200-square-feet. Both stores are next to H-mart, which anchors the 120,644-square-foot shopping center. The 40 West Shopping Center’s other tenants include FedEx Office, Starbucks coffee, SweetFrog frozen yogurt, ATI Physical Therapy and Bank of America.
