Baltimore and Washingtonianmagazines have published their annual lists of "Top Doctors" in their November 2017 issues, and Chesapeake Urology is proud to announce that a total of 24 urologists from both Chesapeake Urology and Urological Consultants, a division of Chesapeake Urology, have been named Top Doctors.
In Baltimore magazine's annual listing, Chesapeake Urology's Bruce Berger, M.D., Daniel Dietrick, M.D., William Dowling, M.D., Sankar Kausik, M.D., Brad Lerner, M.D., Marc Siegelbaum, M.D., and David Sigman, M.D. were named Top Doctors in the urology category; Robert Brookland, M.D. and Richard Hudes, M.D., both multiple time winners, were named Top Doctors in the Radiation Oncology category; Conrad Duncan, M.D., also a multiple time winner, was named in the Urogynecology category; and Dr. Dietrick and Benjamin Lowentritt, M.D., both multiple time winners, were named Top Doctors in the Prostate Cancer Surgery category, which is new this year.
In the Washingtonian magazine Top Doctors listing, 13 urologists from Urological Consultants, a division of Chesapeake Urology, were named Top Doctors for 2017 including: Leonard Bloom, M.D., Gary Friedlander, M.D., Ellen Goldmark, M.D., Michael Issacson, M.D., Murray Lieberman, M.D., Juan Litvak, M.D., Nizamuddin Maruf, M.D., Roberto Pedraza, M.D., Bart Radolinski, M.D., Mark Rosenblum, M.D., Robert Sher, M.D., Kathleen Sterling, M.D., and Jonathan White, M.D.

For this year's "Top Doctors" issue, Baltimore magazine selected 710 physicians in more than 100 specialties; these peer-chosen winners represented fewer than five percent of the roughly 13,000 physicians licensed to practice in the magazine's readership area. Washingtonian magazine selected 1,800 physicians in 39 specialties. Both magazines relied on responses from more than 25,000 of the region's physicians, asking them to name the doctors they would send a member of their own family to for care.
