Richmond Style Weekly Honors Josh Romano on its Top 40 Under 40 List

10/29/17

Josh Romano, founder and owner of Cobblestone Development Group and a Realtor with Long & Foster Real Estate, has been named as one of the Top 40 Under 40 professionals by Richmond Style Weekly. The publication’s annual Top 40 Under 40 awards recognize 40 impressive young leaders and their significant contributions to the Richmond community.

“It’s such an honor to have been selected by Style Weekly for its Top 40 Under 40, and I’m proud to be recognized amongst so many accomplished individuals from our city,” said Romano. “It is credit to the trust and faith that my clients, friends and family, especially my wife Breese, have in me that I’ve been able to achieve so much for Richmond and its residents, and for that, I’m truly grateful.”

Through his business, Josh and his wife, Breese, focus on making and promoting Richmond as a great place to live and work. At Cobblestone Development, they renovate area properties to meet the needs of today’s homeowners while preserving the unique character and history of the houses. In the five years since Cobblestone Development opened, the company has fully restored over 75 properties in the local market.

The business has also expanded into development projects, and Josh and Breese sell their renovated properties and other existing homes in the area through Long & Foster. The couple also starred in their own show Richmond Rehabbers, which highlighted their renovation work in Richmond and appeared on HGTV earlier this year.

“Josh’s commitment to his clients and his love of the Richmond area are second to none, and it’s that dedication, as well as his real estate expertise and exceptional client service, which helped him earn this honor,” said Brian Haug, senior vice president and regional manager of Long & Foster in Richmond, Southwest Virginia and Hampton Roads. “Our company has a reputation of honesty, integrity and best-in-class customer service that spans nearly 50 years, and the talent of professionals like Josh is why we remain the No. 1 real estate company in Richmond and across the entire Mid-Atlantic.”

The Romanos live in the Museum district with their two kids and goldendoodle. For more information on Josh, visit cobblestonedg.com. For more information about Long & Foster, visit LongandFoster.com.
