Tenant signs lease at 8205 Patuxent Range Road, owned by Knott Realty Group
Lee & Associates Chesapeake Region has brokered a lease with US Recycling Group for 48,000 square feet of space within 8205 Patuxent Range Road in the Jessup section of Howard County. Marley Welsh of Lee & Associates represented the tenant and Jannine Hayes and Taylor Fields of Knott Realty Group were the leasing representatives of the landlord in this transaction. The single-story Class “A” Industrial building is now 100% leased.
US Recycling Group is relocating its operations from the McGaw Court area of Columbia in Howard County. The trucking and appliance recycling company retrieves used appliances from its customer base for recycling or resale. Wholesale appliances are stored at the facility until they are picked up by the new purchasers. Approximately five employees work from the site.
Contained within the Dorsey Run Industrial Park, 8205 Patuxent Range Road features 30 foot clear ceiling heights, dock and drive-in doors and a large surface parking lot. The building has direct access to Interstate 95, as well as MD Routes 1, 32 and 295. Baltimore-Washington International Airport is approximately ten miles from the site.
