Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following three transactions in Metropolitan Richmond, Virginia for a total of 13,583 square feet of commercial space.

New Transactions

Gelati Celesti leased 9,251 square feet of office space located 1908 North Hamilton Street in Richmond. DRE’s Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Title Boxing Club leased 3,024 square feet of retail space located at 101 South Robinson Streetin Richmond. Vick and Hall represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Wireless Solutions leased 1,308 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Victorian Square Shopping Center located at 10837 Hull Street Road in Midlothian, Va. DRE’s John Madures negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord, while Cheryle Toy of the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate represented the tenant. The cell phone repair and sales company joins other tenants in Victorian Square, including: Gabe’s, Ashley Furniture, Planet Fitness, Dollar Tree, Bojangles’, and Market Bazaar.
