Research Innovations Appoints Ellen Minderman to Lead Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intel as VP of C4I

Research Innovations, Inc. announced the appointment of Ellen Minderman as Vice President of C4I.

Ellen Minderman joined RII as the VP of C4I (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence) where she will manage and grow RII's C4I business line, to include Joint C2, Joint Targeting, Information Operations, and Tactical/Mobile C2 solutions for the U.S. military and its allies.

Ellen brings with her a wealth of industry experience, customer intimacy, and a passion for people. "Ellen is a proven business leader, successfully leading large organizations in delivering innovative solutions for key customers. I am thrilled to work with Ellen again to develop the next-generation C4I capabilities applied to our nation's top challenges," said Jack Harrington, RII CEO.

Minderman has significant experience with the Intelligence Community and DoD, particularly developing systems for the U.S. Army and DISA supporting Coalition Operations. She most recently led a $100M+ portfolio in Raytheon's Intelligence, Information, and Services business and significantly contributed to capturing $1.5B in new business. Ellen is excited about joining RII and returning to her roots of an entrepreneurial tech firm delivering critical capabilities for important national security problems in an agile way; she previously held executive positions at FGM when it was recognized as a Washington Technology Fast 50 company and one of Washingtonian's Great Places to Work.
