Associated Asphalt is relocating its Roanoke office to the One Ten Franklin building in downtown Roanoke, the second tenant to take space this month in the former home of Norfolk Southern Corp.
According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, Associated Asphalt will occupy the entire ninth floor, leasing about 19,632 square feet in the building located at 110 Franklin Road SE.
The office will serve as the company’s new headquarters and employ 40 people. Based in Roanoke, Associated Asphalt is one of the largest independent asphalt resellers in the U.S.
with 260 employees in Virginia, West Virginia, the Carolinas, Georgia and Florida.
