Agents affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Crofton office joined together last week to participate in the Black Student Fund and Latino Student Fund’s Annual School Fair.

The event, held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C., provides area families with a chance to meet with representatives from more than 75 schools and education programs to learn about the admissions process, campus environment and financial aid opportunities.

Agents Ann Hayward, who also works out of Coldwell Banker’s Dupont office, and Joy Rainford-Toussaint hosted a Coldwell Banker table at the event, offering consultation on home values, first-time home buyer information and more, as well as a games and prizes for children and adults.

“The School Fair is a great event that always has tremendous turnout,” said Hayward. “We love being able to be a part of it.”

“We met with some great families looking to make some big decisions,” said Rainford-Toussaint. “I’m happy we were there to talk with them about what kinds of options they have available to them.”
